Rules and resolution
A live camera from a Brazilian highway is analyzed in real time by computer vision (YOLO + ByteTrack) on a dedicated GPU: each vehicle (car, motorcycle, bus or truck) that crosses one of the virtual lines drawn on the video is counted only once. You predict whether more than N vehicles will pass during the 5 minutes of the round.
How the round works:
- Predictions (2 min): the threshold N is announced and the market opens for trading.
- Counting (5 min): the market closes and counting starts from zero. Only vehicles that cross the lines within these 5 minutes count.
- When the timer hits zero, the round resolves immediately and a new round begins.
How the N threshold is set:
- A model learns, minute by minute, every day of the week, how many vehicles typically pass at that Brasília time, and combines it with the traffic from the camera’s last few minutes.
- The model recalibrates each round so that “Yes” and “No” stay as close as possible to 50% / 50%.
Resolution Criteria:
- Yes wins if the final count is greater than N. No wins if it is N or fewer.
- Resolution is 100% automated by the video count.
Money refund (full reimbursement): The round is canceled and every invested amount is automatically returned to the balance, fee-free, in these cases:
- Camera offline for more than 60 seconds during counting, or counter reset mid-round.
- Server restart while the round is in progress.
Example: N = 62, you invested R$ 50 on “Yes” and 68 vehicles passed in the 5 minutes: “Yes” wins and you receive R$ 1.00 per share. If the camera went down for 2 minutes during counting, the R$ 50 would be returned in full to your balance.
