In this market, you predict whether Alexandre de Moraes will leave the Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) by the end of 2026. Moraes is a justice of the STF, Brazil's highest court, and the market asks if he will leave the position for any reason (resignation, retirement, definitive removal or dismissal) until 31 de dezembro de 2026, 23:59 no horário de Nova York, o que corresponde a 1º de janeiro de 2027, 01:59 (horário de Brasília).
Resolution Criteria:
- Resolves to "Yes" if Alexandre de Moraes ceases to be a justice of the STF, for any reason, by the deadline above. An official announcement of resignation, retirement or removal made before the deadline also resolves to "Yes", even if the departure only takes effect later.
- Temporary leaves (leave of absence, vacation or provisional suspension) do not count as departure.
- Resolves to "No" if he remains a justice of the STF at the end of the deadline.
- If the market is canceled, the invested amounts are refunded.
