Rules and resolution
This market resolves to Yes if the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (H.R.3633), a United States Congress bill on cryptoasset regulation, is approved by both houses of the US Congress and signed by the president by December 31, 2026, 23:59 ET, equivalent to January 1, 2027, 02:00 (Brasília time). Otherwise, it resolves to No.
Resolution Criteria:
- Resolves to Yes only if the bill is approved by the US House and Senate and signed by the president by the deadline.
- Resolves to No if the deadline expires without signing or if the bill is rejected, withdrawn, or altered in a way that does not correspond to the original text.
- In case of postponement, cancellation, or tie, the market resolves to No.
- The final deadline is January 1, 2027, 02:00 (Brasília time).
