In this market, you predict whether the price of XRP will close "Up" or "Down" at the end of an exact 15-minute interval.
Resolution Criteria:
- Resolved as "Up" if the final price (when the timer reaches zero) is strictly HIGHER than the opening initial price of the round.
- Resolved as "Down" if the final price is EQUAL TO OR LOWER than the initial price.
- 100% automated resolution. Official source: Chainlink oracles, in real time.
