In this market, you predict whether the price of XRP will close "Up" or "Down" at the end of an exact 5-minute interval.
Resolution Criteria:
- Resolved as "Up" if the final price (when the timer reaches zero) is strictly GREATER than the initial opening price of the round.
- Resolved as "Down" if the final price is EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN the initial price.
