Ex-partner of Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) kept messages, photos and receipts showing personal expenses of the senator covered by close people. The material includes a Rolex gifted to the parliamentarian, in addition to home renovations, a 75-inch television and gym memberships.
Corporate dispute at Kopenhagen
Alexandre Santini and Flávio were partners in a Kopenhagen franchise in Barra da Tijuca. In 2023, Santini filed a lawsuit to recover R$ 1.47 million, alleging unequal profit sharing and unreimbursed expenses. The senator denied any debt.
During the conflict, Santini sent a message to his ex-partner stating that Flávio had directly contacted Minister Kassio Nunes Marques, of the Federal Supreme Court, to address a client's interest in a case under the responsibility of the office.
Contact with the STF
According to Santini, lawyer Alan Belaciano was following the case and had scheduled a dinner with Kassio's chief of staff. There is no independent record confirming the intermediation. After the exchange of messages, Flávio scheduled a meeting at the senator's office, but the content of the meeting was not revealed.
Personal messages and regret
Santini also retained records of private encounters with call girls. Part of the material would have been shown to Fernanda Bolsonaro, the senator's wife. In response, Flávio wrote that he regretted “many wrong choices” and promised not to repeat mistakes with the family.
UOL contacted Santini, Flávio Bolsonaro, Belaciano and the office of Kassio Nunes Marques, without obtaining a response until the closing of this edition.
