The partnership between Senator Flávio Bolsonaro and businessman Alexandre Ferreira Dias Santini, started in the 2000s at the BarraShopping chocolate shop, collapsed after the 2022 elections. Disputes over the closure of Bolsotini Chocolates and Café Ltda led Santini to demand R$ 1.4 million as financial settlement.

The former partner gathered audios, photos and message exchanges showing meetings at high-end hotels, such as the Grand Hyatt, with daily rates of R$ 3 thousand. Among the records, lawyer Alan Belaciano appears covering gym equipment worth over R$ 90 thousand and a white gold Rolex Submariner Date watch purchased for R$ 305 thousand in February 2022.
Family intervention and request for distance
Santini presented part of the material to Flávio's wife, dentist Fernanda Bolsonaro. Amid the strain, the senator sent a message asking the ex-partner to stay away from the family and take responsibility for past choices. Santini replied briefly, questioning the content of the text.
Allies' actions and mentions of the STF
The collection also cites former aide Fabrício Queiroz and lawyer Frederick Wassef, who referred to habeas corpus number 201965 at the Federal Supreme Court. Santini even warned Flávio about contacts with Minister Kassio Nunes Marques in ongoing cases.
Resolution of the dispute
After the warning, the parties scheduled a meeting at the senator's office on a Tuesday at 3pm. The result was an agreement that ended the demands and public clashes. Today, Santini has again expressed political support on social media.
