Rules and resolution
This market resolves to yes if the TSE publishes a favorable decision on the registration of Leonardo Avalanche's candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic by the deadline. The TSE is the body responsible for judging presidential candidacy registrations in Brazil. Avalanche's candidacy was announced after the rejection of Pablo Marçal's registration by the court. The deadline is until 15 de outubro de 2026, 23:59 (horário de Brasília).
Resolution Criteria:
- Resolves Yes if the TSE publishes a favorable decision on the registration by the deadline.
- Resolves No if no favorable decision is published by the deadline or if the decision is unfavorable.
- In case of postponement, cancellation or tie, the market resolves No.
